Straight horizontal polishing machine for flat edges from 1 to 6 cm. The system of transport guarantees very good stability and reduces the breaking of slabs. The LCH machine is a polishing unit for straight flat or squared 1 to 6 cm thick marble or granite edges.The working mode is on a continuous process basis; this means that all the pieces are loaded one after the other on the machine and move past a series of mandrels so that they come out completely finished. Apart from the mandrels for polishing and smoothing the edge, the LCH machine is also equipped with mandrels for chamfering both sides of the edge. The machine can also be equipped with additional mandrels for dripstone cutting, thickness gauging and shaping with suitable diamond tools.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
The LCH's supporting structure consists of a steel body of suitable thickness with tubular reinforcements and of a finely-milled bench protected by wear resistant material on which the conveyor belt runs.
The pressure bar, in order to push the pieces against the conveyor belt, is strong and reliable and equipped with specially designed rubber rollers which are very close to each other. Adjustment is electromechanical and depends on the thickness of the material.
The machine is equipped with a supporting bar for very wide pieces (to support the overhang weight). The distance between the bar and the bench is easily adjusted manually.
The console is supported by an articulated arm and can therefore be accessed by the operator from any position including from in front of the supporting bar set at the maximum width.
The belt speed can be adjusted from the console.
The polishing and chamfering mandrels are extremely reliable and tested by thousands of pieces produced. Their pneumatic operation is automatic. The first smoothing mandrel and the chamfering mandrels are equipped with a mechanical clamp to enable the use of diamond grinding wheels.
The waste water is collected in special containers under the machine and forwarded to a collection pipe that comes out from the rear of the machine.
